A The Risk/Business Continuity Analyst is responsible for assessing and mitigating risks to ensure the organization's operational resilience and business continuity. This role involves analyzing potential threats, developing risk management strategies, and implementing business continuity plans. The Analyst will collaborate with various departments to identify vulnerabilities, assess the impact of potential risks, and recommend measures to safeguard the organization's assets and operations.Role and Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of process validation exercises.
- Assist in developing and managing the macro-program plan to design, create and execute all identifying tasks needed to build and implement a Client Program (process, tools, communications, reporting).
- Liaising with business partners, Audit, Compliance, Legal, Risk and outside consultants to identify and mitigate risks, analyze the effect of new business initiatives and investment products and fielding inquiries from employees and management.
- Review and evaluate internal controls and procedures associated with products, services, vendors, customers and operations.
- Plan, perform and document RCSAs throughout Asset Management and Asset Management Services.
- Recommend and evaluate remediation plans by business units associated with products, services, vendors, customers and operations.
- Assist with business unit coverage support model and provide support to business unit clients in ensuring their organizational business continuity plans and programs are in compliance with firm standards.
- Perform periodic reviews of business continuity plans to ensure quality/accuracy.
- Prepare periodic Business Unit / Sustainable planner status reports.
- Developing and leading awareness sessions with business unit personnel to ensure an appropriate level of understanding of roles and responsibilities among all staff.
- Maintain and update as needed Business Continuity Plan to include CBJ Standards, alternate site, pandemic and emergency operations.
- Support the development and delivery of training for BCP stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of BCP policies, standards, procedures, and documents.
- Support both internal and external audits of program.
- Support services to service provider customer TD in meeting all contract reporting requirements.
- Act as backup to bank Information Security compliance program.

What Do You Need to Qualify
- Bachelor’s degree in network security/ cyber security / Network Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years’ experience implementing business continuity programs.
- Proven ability to provide direction and guidance to a variety of internal stakeholders, external relationships in regard to business continuity practices.
- Ideally a background in risk management/quality control/ safety/ business continuity
- Must be able to interact and work efficiently and effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
