Architect Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect Engineer to join our team in Al Kuwait As an Architect Engineer, Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to create functional and pleasing designs that meet the client requirements and hence the need and budget of the project.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and develop architectural designs for various projects including residential, commercial, and public buildings.
2. Prepare and present design proposals to clients, ensuring that their requirements are met.
3. Collaborate with engineers and other departments to ensure that designs are feasible and can be implemented within the given budget and timeline.
4. Follow up with the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and according to specifications.
5. Conduct site visits to assess progress, resolve any design issues, and make necessary adjustments.
6. Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and materials.

المسؤوليات:

1. إنشاء وتطوير التصاميم المعمارية لمختلف المشاريع بما في ذلك المباني السكنية والتجارية والعامة.
2. إعداد وتقديم التصاميم المقترحة للعملاء، والتأكد من تلبية متطلباتهم.
3. التعاون مع المهندسين والإدارات الأخرى للتأكد من أن التصميمات قابلة للتنفيذ ضمن الميزانية والجدول الزمني المحددين.
4. المتابعة مع قسم التنفيذ للتأكد من تنفيذ التصاميم بدقة وحسب المواصفات.
5. إجراء زيارات ميدانية لتقييم التقدم وحل أي مشكلات في التصميم وإجراء التعديلات اللازمة.
6. البقاء على الإطلاع بأحدث الاتجاهات والتقنيات والمواد المعمارية.
