1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
2. Have minimum of 5 years of experience, more than 3 years in the Retail industry.
3. Excellent Communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
5. Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
6. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
