Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the hiring of top talent aligned with our company values.
  • Develop and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.
  • Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees to ensure fair and effective evaluations.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a timely and confidential manner, fostering a supportive and respectful work environment.
  • Manage HR administrative tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with local regulations.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a well-established company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, including managers and support staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages. 
  • Must be locally available in Kuwait.
