Job Description

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with a strong focus on sales to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

5. Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients.

6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and sales transactions.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies related to interior design and sales.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

9. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

10.Creating 2D and 3D models.

11.Create appropriate seminars containing all the relevant information to facilitate the review team in offering useful insights.

12.Source materials and products included in plans.

13.Assess the existing budget to decide on project charges and define the overall cost estimates.

Skills

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Sales, or related field.
  • Established portfolio of attractive interior design assignments and projects, available as per requirement.
  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of interior design principles and trends.
  • Expertise in interior technicalities.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.
  • Portfolio containing a majority of designing tasks undertaken in the past.
  • Fluent in communicating ideas to help simplify the visualization aspect of clients and consumers.
  • Professional education in Interior Designing with a high emphasis on modern design aspects. (Bachelor's preferred).
