Job Description

A Partnership Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with external organizations to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the industry and market trends. They will also be responsible for identifying potential partners, conducting market research, and managing the partnership process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential partnership opportunities and conduct thorough market research to assess their viability
  2. Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and potential partners
  3. Initiate and manage the partnership process, including negotiations, contract drafting, and implementation
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop partnership strategies that align with business objectives
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, and make recommendations for improvements
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities
  7. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate partnership progress and results to senior management
  8. Handle any issues or conflicts that arise during the partnership process, and work towards a resolution

Preferred Candidate:

  1. The candidate has to be bilingual ( Arabic & English)
  2. Having a good relationship with Government Authorities
  3. Will be in charge of getting special rates and deals from Hotels & Airlines, also, the Candidate will have to close deals with Ministries & Government Authorities.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners
  5. Proven experience in partnership management, with a track record of successful partnership development and implementation
  6. Excellent negotiation and contract drafting skills
  7. Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential partnership opportunities
  8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
  9. Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  10. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  11. Experience in the Travel industry is preferred
