Senior Lighting Advisor

Position Title: Lighting Advisor

Our client is a leading lighting solutions provider in UAE, seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Lighting Advisor to join their team in Kuwait.

As a Lighting Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in selecting the most suitable lighting products for their residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. Your expertise in lighting technology, design principles, and energy-efficient solutions will contribute to creating exceptional lighting experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Consultation:

- Engage with customers to understand their lighting needs and preferences.

- Provide expert advice on lighting solutions based on the client's requirements, budget, and design aesthetics.

2. Product Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the lighting industry.

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Acumen Light's product range, including specifications, features, and benefits.

3. Design Recommendations:

- Offer lighting design recommendations to enhance indoor and outdoor spaces' overall aesthetics and functionality.

- Collaborate with customers and design professionals to create customized lighting plans.

4. Technical Support:

- Provide technical support and assistance in resolving any issues related to the products' installation, operation, or maintenance.

5. Sales Assistance:

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Assist in product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

6. Market Research:

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive products.

- Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market demands.

7. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, product demonstrations, and sales activities.

- Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

8. Coordination:

- Coordination with management including sales, customer service, and top management.

Requirements:

• Resident of the State of Kuwait.
• Bachelors degree in interior design, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in lighting design or sales, preferably in the lighting industry.
• Strong understanding of lighting technologies, including LED, smart lighting, and energy-efficient solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to lighting installations
