Develop and execute the
company's supply chain and logistics strategy, overseeing all related
operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Plan, implement, and
monitor end-to-end supply chain activities, from procurement to distribution,
to meet business objectives.
Foster strong
relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors and
service providers to optimize collaboration and streamline processes.
Drive continuous
improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance, including
inventory management and cost optimization.
Analyze market trends
and supplier capabilities to identify strategic opportunities and mitigate
risks.
Ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements and company policies in all supply chain activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
10+ years of proven experience in
supply chain management within the retail/FMCG industry.
Exceptional
communication skills, both written and verbal; bilingual proficiency is
preferred.
Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Must be currently based in Kuwait with a valid IQAMA.
