As a Data and Analytics Domain Lead, you will be dealing with several BI/ETL technologies such as Qlikview, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Microstrategy, SAP EPM, Talend. You will be leading in designing, formulating, recommending and implementing world-class standards for achieving maximum performance, scalability and efficiency of the whole Data and Analytics ecosystem. You will follow up the BI and Data and Analytics roadmap of several functional domain and collaborate with several BI product owners in several teams
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to setting the Data and Analytics strategy of IS and follow up on its execution
- Lead the BI Community of Practice and follow up on the execution with the team members of the different BI objectives
- Lead the Self-Service concept in the company with focus on allowing BI Champions and end users to be autonomous in report creation
- Participate in defining guidelines, architecture design patterns, development best practices, and make sure they are applied by reviewing the technical and functional implementation of the Data and Analytics system
- Partner with the business process owners to leverage the value of analytics in decision making
- Participate in the development, configuration and administration of the whole data and analytics stack
- Generate optimized dimensional models serving as backbone for the rendering and display layer
- Design and implement data governance principles for data lineage, stewardship, quality, security and data auditing processes
- Discover new opportunities to optimize the business through implementing advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling
- Assist Data and Analytics team members with issues needing technical expertise or complex systems and/or programming knowledge
- Provide on-the-job training for new or less experienced team members and business power users
- Define, design and implement automated tests for different test types for continuous integration and delivery
- Collaborate on the documentation and the enrichment of the Data and Analytics knowledge base
- Member of the SAFe team, participate actively in all ceremonies, artifacts
- Benchmark the market, the industry and identify opportunities, propose new ideas and innovate while challenging the existing environment/framework
Your Profile
- Computer science or engineering degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 10 years of experience in data and analytics field
- Ability to collaborate and execute on cross-functional projects spanning multiple technologies and disciplines
- Advanced skills in any BI & DW tools is required
- Statistical skills are required
- DB Skills: Advanced SQL, Cubes, ETL, Data Modeling
- Client orientation
- Able to communicate complex ideas effectively and concisely

- Cross group collaboration and team work
- English is a must and French is plus
- Experience in Microstrategy is a plus
- Experience in Qlik technologies is a plus
- Experience in Talend enterprise is a plus
