Needed a person for estimation and preparation of quotation, data entry, performing research, preparing reports, pricing implementation, and providing effective customer service. Experience is a must. 

Skills

  • Continuously updating and monitoring cost databases to reflect the latest version.
  • Engaging in close partnership with cross-departmental teams, including project managers, architects, and procurement professionals, to gather vital information essential for holistic cost analyses, encompassing aspects like materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor offerings.
  • Rigorously assessing project specifics and blueprint intricacies to calculate costs with high precision for various construction and engineering undertakings, staying mindful of budgetary confines.
  • Involving yourself in evaluations of project bids.
