Role Summary: A Graphic Finalizer plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless completion of graphic projects. S/He will be responsible for reviewing and refining graphic designs to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for production.
Location: Keserwan Lebanon (On-site)
Business Industry: Lighting Design
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Finalize files and artwork for all projects with precise attention to detail and efficiency.
• Adapt artworks into various sizes while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Produce accurate, high-quality artwork within corporate brand guidelines and standards.
• Prepare files for printing, data upload, and documentation in the correct size and format.
• Upload files to back-end software and manage content captions and details effectively.
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ensure all work is thoroughly checked and approved before release.
• Retouch images when necessary to enhance quality.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless integration of electronic files into the production process.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in design or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in artwork adaptation and finalization.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Premiere.
• Strong overall computer skills.
• Excellent time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
