The Team


The “SaaS Technical Services” team delivers optimized, secure, and cost-effective technical services to the Murex SaaS using the latest technologies, market standard processes and best practices.


Your Role


As a “SaaS Technical Consultant”, you will interact with our hosting providers and SaaS clients to provision and deliver SaaS infrastructure on-time, within budget, and the expected specifications. You will also manage the lifecycle of this infrastructure (capacity management, patch management, etc.) to maintain stable and reliable infrastructure services, monitor and optimize infrastructure costs, and contribute to continuous improvement and evolution projects.


  • Manage the delivery of infrastructure and IT services to SaaS clients on-time, on-specs, on-budget.


  • Handle end-to-end implementations.


  • Support of existing clients, by providing follow-up until resolution with clear communication.


  • Lead the infrastructure delivery procedures, including regular performance reviews, user and access management, capacity management, vulnerability management, license management, etc.


  • Audit and monitor the infrastructure costs, validate invoices, and propose optimization strategies.


  • Review team processes and propose improvements.


  • Contribute and enrich the team’s knowledge base (creating new articles and updating reusable solutions).


  • Build and improve the team’s training material and onboard new team members.


  • Plan and orchestrate infrastructure maintenance (hardware, patching, upgrades…).


  • Collaborate with cross-domain and cross-region internal teams.


  • Collaborate with hosting providers and other third-party vendors.


  • Manage the relationship with hosting providers (regular performance reviews…).


  • Interact and collaborate with SaaS clients and understand their technical needs and expectations.


  • Communicate, plan, execute clients’ contractual obligations (DR tests, connectivity failover, penetration tests, quarterly reports…)


Your Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science from a reputable university.


  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.


  • Knowledge in Linux, databases, and networking.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French is a plus.


  • Demonstrated ability for continuous learning and improvement.
