Collect and research information on learning and development activities, providers and other as requested by the hierarchy
Assist the hierarchy in conducting training needs assessments
Administer employees performance and development programs in coordination with Performance Management Department, as well as provide line managers with the necessary support on the matter
Prepare and deliver non-managerial training courses in line with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and in compliance with the company guidelines
Conduct shop and back-office orientation programs as well as Group Orientation in order to ensure an effective induction of new employees in addition to a proper transmission of the company values and culture
Foster brand awareness and customer service among staff through targeted training sessions and development programs
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration or equivalent technical degree (TS)
1 year of experience in a similar field; Retail training experience is a major plus
