This position is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from wherever you are located!

What you will be doing:
As a Learning & Development Specialist at CXG, you will play a pivotal role in creating, implementing, and managing our learning and development initiatives globally. This multifaceted role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering a unique opportunity to shape the development of our employees and our organization as a whole.
You will be reporting to the CPO of our Group based in Dubai and join a dynamic and fast-paced environment while collaborating with an international HR team based in the UAE, France, China, and Lebanon.
To excel in this role, you should be comfortable working independently, transitioning between L&D execution and strategic L&D projects, and have a genuine passion for supporting people’s growth and career development.
