Job Description

  • To ensure that the pastry and bakery chef is prepared correctly and according to specific recipes.
  • To ensure all ingredients store properly as per local rules an regulations.
  • To ensure cross contamination awareness and its risk for health.
  • To ensure all product has production and expiry date.
  • To ensure all storage kept clean and organized at all time.
  • To ensure staff follows HACCP standards.
  • To ensure all baked bakery and pastry delivery is on time as per the standard.


Skills

  • Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.).
  • Excellent creative skills and detail-oriented individual.
  • Professional experience and certifications in culinary arts, baking and associated domains.
  • Proven experience in handling food sanitation in the kitchen and ensuring that all bakery items are prepared according to the standard regulations.
