Senior Graphic Designer – Keserwan, Lebanon
Role Summary: The senior graphic designer is a highly skilled professional responsible for creating and delivering visual concepts and designs that communicate ideas and messages effectively. S/he possesses a deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition, and is proficient in using various design software and tools.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistent implementation across all touchpoints and materials.
• Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of innovative and visually impactful designs.
• Organize and manage the Company’s Brand and Marketing campaigns.
• Develop website and catalog design materials.
• Create 2D and 3D animations.
• Develop the company’s online presence, design, animation, etc.
• Manage the social media platforms and campaigns, and engage with the audience.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a senior role.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personality Attributes:
• Highly creative with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects demonstrating creativity and originality.
• Proficient in various design software.
• Capable of leading and overseeing the creative direction and visual identity of projects.
• Knowledge in activating paid campaigns and adjusting the campaigns based on lighting designs.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with teams and present design concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
