SharePoint Customer Engineer – Lebanon (Remote)
This position requires fluency in French, both verbally and in writing. Position Overview:
SharePoint Customer Engineers are responsible for providing technical expertise and support to customers utilizing Microsoft SharePoint and related collaboration technologies. As trusted advisors they collaborate closely with customers to understand their business needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions that optimize the performance, security, and usability of their SharePoint environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers to assess their SharePoint environment, identify technical requirements, and provide expert guidance on best practices for design, implementation, and optimization.
• Configure, deploy, and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and other collaboration features to meet customer requirements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to SharePoint, such as site performance problems, permissions issues, and content migration challenges.
• Implement security measures and access controls to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within SharePoint environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security, Networking, and Infrastructure, to integrate SharePoint with other systems and ensure seamless interoperability.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions to educate customers on SharePoint capabilities and empower them to effectively leverage the platform for their business needs.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Microsoft product updates related to SharePoint, and provide informed recommendations and guidance to customers.
Skills, Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft SharePoint in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, including its various components and how they interact within enterprise-scale environments.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills with SharePoint, capable of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues efficiently.
• Extensive experience in managing, maintaining, and migrating enterprise SharePoint Server and/or SharePoint Online environments.
• Proven track record in configuring and optimizing enterprise-scale SharePoint environments to meet organizational needs effectively.
• Hands-on experience in configuring SharePoint hybrid environments and integrating with other Microsoft 365 platform components.
• Proficiency in configuring enterprise-scale OneDrive deployments and configurations within SharePoint environments.
• Experience with upgrades between SharePoint versions and migrations to SharePoint Online, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Knowledge of SharePoint disaster recovery scenarios and best practices for maintaining high availability and data integrity.
• Understanding of how Microsoft 365 platform components interact with SharePoint Online, enabling seamless collaboration and productivity for end users.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
