Job Description
We are looking for an experienced COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER to join the Northern & Western Africa (N&WA) team, located in Casablanca, Morocco. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a very dynamic region encompassing 12 markets with various business models.
As the Communications Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing Internal Communications, External Communications, and Community Investment for the N&WA cluster. You will closely collaborate with the N&WA CA&C Director to develop and implement strategies that build strong corporate equity among external stakeholders while enhancing employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will.:
- Develop and implement a high-quality external communication strategy for N&WA to enhance the company’s reputation.
- Create and execute an internal communication strategy for N&WA to engage employees with the company's vision and cluster ambitions, driving commitment and performance.
- Plan and deliver N&WA events and communications that inspire company pride and purpose, fostering an inclusive environment.
- Design and execute the Community Investment strategy for N&WA, implementing impactful programs and continuously measuring their effectiveness.
- Engage employees in Community Investment initiatives and volunteer opportunities.
- Guide and support local markets in developing, implementing, and managing their own communications, programs, and initiatives.
EDUCATION
Master's degree preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE
10+ years of experience in Corporate Communications within large corporations or agencies supporting large clients.
SKILLS
- Fluency in French, Arabic, and English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good experience with online and social media platforms.
- Deep understanding of Media Relations and Editorial processes, with a proven track record of building strong media relationships.
- Creative mindset with a passion for writing and visual design.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Project management expertise with the ability to handle complex projects from inception to completion.
- Expertise in events management
- High degree of personal responsibility and accountability.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
