About this role


The Manager (Graphic Design) will be joining Infomineo’s Graphic Design business line.


You will be bringing in your Project Management and Team management experience along. Will be responsible of managing quality standards of all presentations and graphic design deliverables, mentoring Graphic Designers/Senior graphic designers in the team and also need to do hands-on work on design deliverables for key engagements and projects on daily basis.


What you will do


  • Work on creative business presentations for various clients. Most of the time adhering to different clients brand standards and also work on creative slide design too.
  • Be a design consultant and thought partner for our clients. Ability to comprehend business concepts/ideas and turn them into meaningful and impactful slides.
  • Handle multiple projects with different clients. Work at ease in a deadline driven environment. Manage expectations of stakeholders effectively
  • Take part in the interview process and take trainings for new hires. Sharing your knowledge and experience with and other team members.
  • Do client calls and prepare scoping emails for project with detailing out the scope of the request along with timelines, milestone and cost estimation.
  • Attend pitch calls with VP of sales to pitch for design work to new clients.
  • Quality review junior team members work and coach them as and when necessary.
  • Working Hands-on on key design deliverables for Marketing team or client teams. Able to handle project end-to-end on any design work which is assigned.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Adobe design applications.
  • Have a edge to innovate and improve processes and ability to adapt to change in terms of managing multiple processes for different clients.
  • Converse in English language clearly and articulate your ideas to clients and internal teams.
  • Have feedback sessions with junior team members on periodic basis. Do their year-end/mid-year evaluations accordingly
  • Contribute to work process efficiently and try to innovate the process if need be.
