Hiring opportunity : Management Trainee Program - Operations



As a Production and Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of dairy production facilities. Your responsibilities will span both production processes and equipment maintenance.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency, quality, and safety
Your responsibilities will include ( but are not limited to ):

Production Process Optimization:



Monitor and analyze dairy production processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulation

Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting:



Perform routine maintenance checks on dairy processing equipment (such as pasteurizers, homogenizers, and filling machines). Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime. Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance tasks.

Quality Control and Assurance :



Conduct quality checks on dairy products at various stages of production. Collaborate with quality control teams to address any deviations from standards. Maintain accurate records related to quality assurance.

Inventory Management:



Manage spare parts inventory for dairy machinery. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of replacement parts. Optimize inventory levels to balance cost and operational needs.

Safety and Compliance:



Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment. Stay updated on industry regulations related to dairy production and maintenance. Participate in safety audits and implement corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement:



Propose and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Collaborate with R&D teams to introduce new technologies or equipment.

Training and Support:



Train production staff on equipment operation, safety procedures, and best practices. Provide technical support during equipment installation or upgrades.
To be successful in this role you will need to have :
Engineering degree in Industrial, Energy Management, Electrical, Mechanical or process background Fresh Graduate Engineer(2024) or having less than 3 years of experience
problem-solving mindset,
highly data-driven, and an analytical approach to work. Proficient in English for both written and verbal communication. Organized and detail-oriented with great interpersonal and agility skills
