Position overview:


Reporting directly to the HR Manager, our future HR Coordinator will have as main missions to ensure the relay of the Human Resources Department in the production area and providing close support to the staff while ensuring compliance with the company’s internal regulations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create social dashboards to track personnel activity (such as absenteeism, leave, and workplace accidents).
  • Analyze the collected data to gain insights into workforce trends and performance.
  • Manage Legal Disputes and Represent the Company
  • Ensure effective communication and resolution during legal proceedings.
  • Offer legal counsel and support to address legal matters within the organization.
  • Assist Supervisors and management in navigating legal complexities.
  • Collaborate in formulating and implementing departmental action plans.
  • Ensure Compliance with Labor Laws and Internal Regulations
  • Foster a healthy and productive work environment by addressing potential issues and escalating relevant complaints.
  • Manage Relations with Labor Inspection and Social Organizations

KPI : 


  • Reliability and Availability of HR Information: Timely and accurate access to critical HR data.
  • Personnel File Updates: Ensuring personnel records are current and well-maintained.
  • Social Compliance: Upholding ethical and legal standards within the organization.

Key skills and Qualifications:


  • Master’s degree in human Ressources Management.
  • Experience of least 5 years in same position
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis and trend identification.
  • Legal Aptitude: Familiarity with labor laws and dispute resolution.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective Communication: Clear, concise, and empathetic communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
