Hexcel is currently seeking a Material Planner for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

• Reception, analysis, and confirmation of Customers Sales orders.
• Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders and Production Orders.
• Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
• Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
• Maintaining the right configuration of Items in the ERP data base to ensure the right results of MRP.
• Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, etc.
• Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
• Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal customers.
• Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
• Preparing cost estimates and performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree in Supply Chain/Industry or relevant field.
• Relevant 8 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office is a must).
• Relevant experience using ERP (Microsoft AX is a plus).
• Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
