Job Description

  • Raya Trade; a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a E-Commerce Manager 'Nigeria' with the below responsibilities and qualifications.
  • Carries responsibility for the profitability, development and expansion of Raya Shop.com in Nigeria
  • Managing and motivating Raya Shop team to increase sales and ensure efficiency while Ensuring standards for quality, customer service in Nigeria.
  • Meet with vendors and distributors to ensure that Rayashop is getting the best offers in the Nigerian market and branding agreements.
  • Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future E Commerce sales volumes to maximize profits.
  • Work with team to Design and execute Digital marketing programs to acquire new customers through digital channels.
  • Work with Various Types of Digital Advertising (Social Media – Google Search - Google Display– Remarketing – Affiliate Marketing) to maximize visitors’ numbers in Nigeria.
  • Analyze customer behaviors and trends to facilitate planning
  • Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what competitors are doing
  • Initiating different tactics to adapt to any changes in the market for example launching  new projects, learning about new trends and online strategic directions
  • Supervises the analysis of profit margins to ensure profitability of all products in Nigeria.
  • Ensuring a positive customer journey starting from order request till delivery.
  • Analyzes operational reports setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations and conclusions
  • Prepare the annual budget, anticipated sales, expenses, and inventories; reviews financial statements and reports forRay shop Nigeria.
  • Carries responsibility for setting Raya shop team monthly and quarterly objectives
  • Performs other related duties
