Executive Sous Chef – Luxury Resort – Oman
Salary Package: $4000 + Service Charge + Full Expat Benefits

We are looking for talented Executive Sous Chef to join the team.
- You will support the Executive Chef and assume responsibility for the efficient operation of the culinary operations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and practices and updating knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering.
- Create and develop new recipes in line with sales trends and concepts.
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef to assign tasks to the team in all sections.
- Responsible for controlling food cost, manage the inventory and purchasing.
- A strong leader, excellent communication skills and ability to take initiative.
- Is creative, a good mentor and focused on high service standards.
- Must be from a 5* luxury hotel/resort/remote background and experience in the Middle East.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience as an Executive Sous Chef.
