Executive Sous Chef – Luxury Resort – Oman

Salary Package: $4000 + Service Charge + Full Expat Benefits

We are looking for talented Executive Sous Chef to join the team.

• You will support the Executive Chef and assume responsibility for the efficient operation of the culinary operations.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and practices and updating knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering.
• Create and develop new recipes in line with sales trends and concepts.
• Coordinate with the Sous Chef to assign tasks to the team in all sections.
• Responsible for controlling food cost, manage the inventory and purchasing.
• A strong leader, excellent communication skills and ability to take initiative.
• Is creative, a good mentor and focused on high service standards.
• Must be from a 5* luxury hotel/resort/remote background and experience in the Middle East.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience as an Executive Sous Chef.
