Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Accordingly identify and pursue business opportunities from design to order acquisition.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Candidate should have acumen to understand client needs and propose techno-commercially best suited tailored LV panel solutions.
3. Product Knowledge:
Candidate must possess a deep understanding of LV switchgear panels and LV products of reputed makes like Schneider Electric, Siemens and ABB. He should have required technical expertise and application knowledge for LV panels.
4. Market Research:
Candidate should stay abreast with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments and use market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and challenges.
5. Collaboration:
Work closely with the different team members within business division and sales teams of other division within group to ensure alignment between client requirements and the capabilities of our LV panels.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in electrical or related field. Proven track record of successful LV switchgear panel sales with 5-7 years of experience. Experience of selling to MEP contractors, building and industrial end-users, and the Oil & Gas sector. Good application knowledge of electrical distribution, motor control panels and other LV panels. Candidate must possess strong communication and negotiation skills with deep focus on achieving sales targets. Past experience of Gulf countries with valid driving license is preferred.
