Training & Employee Wellness Manager – Luxury Resort – Oman
Salary Package: $3300 + service charge + expat benefits
Single Relocation Package
We are looking for an experienced Training & Employment Wellness Manager to join the team.
The Role:
- You will lead the resort employee wellness committee and initiatives and develop and deliver training programs that meet business needs and optimize training processes for efficiency.
- Plan, develop and organize training sessions and implement testing and evaluation procedures for in-house courses.
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
- Continually focus on Talent Development for the resort.
- Creating and implementing strategies to promote healthy lifestyles and wellbeing among employees.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Is a strong leader and ability to keep the team motivated.
- A strong understanding of training, health, and wellbeing strategies.
- A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role in luxury resorts (Maldives, Seychelles, etc).
- UAE and remote site work experience is essential.
