Job Title: B2B Digital/Online Marketing Manager


We are seeking a driven and analytical B2B Digital/Online Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our digital marketing strategies. This role will be crucial in driving lead generation, increasing brand awareness, and strengthening our online presence within the SaaS industry. If you have a strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey, expertise across various digital channels, and a talent for data-driven optimization, we'd love to hear from you.


Your key responsibilities include:


  • Strategic Planning: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives, focusing on generating qualified leads within the SaaS sector.
  • Channel Management: Oversee all aspects of our digital presence, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM/PPC), content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and website optimization.
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Develop and execute targeted campaigns designed to attract and engage high-potential B2B leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), track and analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize results continuously.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other marketing teams to ensure a seamless message and cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally with a focus on SaaS products or services.
  • Deep understanding of SEO/SEM principles, content marketing strategies, social media best practices, and email marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous optimization and growth.

Nice to have:


  • Experience with lead scoring and nurturing methodologies
  • Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies
  • Working knowledge of marketing design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
