Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative Restaurant tech product to potential customers over the phone. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our company.
  • Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our food tech product and its benefits.
  • Effectively communicate product features, pricing, and promotions to generate interest and secure sales.
  • Listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to effectively position our product in the market.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Fresh or 1 year experience with a bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a call centre or telemarketing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for sales.
  • Knowledge of the food industry or Restaurant tech products is a plus.
