The Bazaar Pro team is an integral part of this universe, playing a pivotal role in providing tailored solutions to verticals such as HoReCa, Institutions and offices. Our team specializes in catering to the unique needs of businesses, ensuring seamless procurement processes and cost-effective solutions. Joining the Bazaar Pro team means becoming a key player in delivering excellence to our institutional partners and contributing to the continued success and growth of the Bazaar Universe. 

Your Typical Day as a Category Manager Stationery 

• Efficiently manage working capital by balancing stock procurement and sales cycle. 
• Implement strategies to reduce losses, out of stocks and expiries (where applicable) in the category

• Oversee the entire category's performance at a national level

  
  

• Cultivate relationships with all suppliers in the category

  
  

• Closely collaborate with Key Accounts team to ensure category growth 

  
  
• Drive metrics like Margins, GMV, NR, Inventory management, and working capital.
• Plan nationally across different verticals, including supplier level and assortment planning. 
  

• Prioritize team development and growth. 

  
  

You Must Have 

• 4+ years of Experience managing Stationery category
• Experience in Stationery category management and a network of supplier

Bonus Points if you have 

• Exposure to Startup Culture 
• Experience in

  OOH/Institutional sales in Stationery category
