Purpose of role:


As a digital designer, you are responsible for developing a wide range of marketing and campaign material for promoting the Small World brand and campaigns. You will develop ideas and concepts to targeted marketing campaigns as well as managing day to day requirements as directed by the marketing team or requested by local teams.


Role details:


● Design marketing collateral, in terms of digital campaigns, social media, google display, email banners, website banners, infographics and videos/stories.


● Support team and colleagues such as Head of Marketing Communications to drive global communications (digital, social, event, offline).


● You will work with country managers and local teams and help produce marketing material for specific market campaigns, both digital and Offline


● Support the wider team with Social Media Coordination (including working with an editorial plan) and support developing landing pages for campaigns.


● Help with sourcing/identifying communication ideas and key messages to the global audiences.


● Identify and drive creative opportunities & insights to grow our global corridors, including our Pakistani customer base.


Person Specification:


● You’re a social & digital media native, excited by the creativity and visual design, and an excellent storyteller.


● You understand the fundamental theories and principles of communications, branding, and marketing.


● You have an attention to detail and punctuality necessary to meet campaign and content deadlines.


● You have experience in testing creative designs for usability and quality.


● You have previous experience in working with creative direction or briefs but are also comfortable bringing your own ideas to the table.


● Fluent level in English and Urdu


● This role will be based in Karachi


Technical requirements:


● Experience with content design and software, for instance, software like Adobe ( Illustrator, Photoshop, …) or Canva.


● Experience with Microsoft Office and project management tools like Monday.com


● Experience with Social Media platforms necessary


● Experience building, executing and analysing campaigns with a data-driven mindset


● You have previous experience or a good understanding of A/B testing creatives
