Client company introduction: 

The client company is a one-stop shop for every online media and marketing solution. They collect genuine data and insights through extensive customer research, then use creative expertise and unique ideas to shape your digital strategy, strengthen your online presence, increase awareness of your brand and increase your sales.

Position: Creative Director

Responsibilities:

• Leading and guiding the overall strategic direction of the social media offering within the agency.
• Ensuring a superior quality of communication and project delivery from the Integrated Communications and Content team
• Developing robust, integrated social media strategies that drive engagement and advocacy for brands
• Conjointly working with the clients & partner agencies to ensure better coordination during IMC campaigns
• Assigning daily tasks to the Integrated Communications and Content Team members & keeping a progress check to ensure timely executions of all the assigned work
• Providing on-site training to the Integrated Communications and Content Team members to keep them updated with the latest trends in the industry
• Leading & representing the department in pitching new clients for the company
• Responsible for all the content churned out from the department & proactively adapting new and innovative content formats as they are introduced
• Responsible for all the campaigns/ plans shared by the Integrated Communications and Content Department from planning to the execution

Preferred Qualifications: Preferably Masters within the relevant field.
