The Marketplace and Performance Analytics team at Truck It In is dedicated to creating and monitoring a holistic view of Truck It In's businesses and services. Collaborating with the key stakeholders, you will leverage modern analysis and visualization tools to address the day-to-day challenges in the trucking industry.
As a Marketplace and Performance Analytics team member, you will work closely with various stakeholders, powering informed decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to extract valuable insights and trends and provide recommendations to support organizational decision-making.
Present findings and insights through clear and compelling visualizations.
Build and deploy machine learning models to optimize business processes and enhance predictive capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data science opportunities in various departments.
Ensure data integrity, quality, and security through developing and enforcing data governance policies.
Implement best practices for data collection, storage, analysis, and reporting.
Stay abreast of the latest data science and technology advancements, recommending and implementing tools that enhance our capabilities.
Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders.
What we are looking for
Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or any relevant field.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, MS Office, and Google Suite.
Good communication skills and ability to tell stories through data.
Problem-solving mindset.
Masters in any relevant field and/or up to 1 year of relevant work experience in a professional environment is a plus.
