What You'll Do
- Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain Drupal-based websites, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and recommend technical solutions.
- Customize and extend Drupal core functionality through module development and theming.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Optimize website performance through code optimization, caching strategies, and database tuning.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure compatibility across various devices and screen sizes.
- Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by stakeholders, including bug fixes and system maintenance.
- Stay updated on the latest Drupal trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and project managers, to deliver high-quality web solutions on time and within budget.
What You Know
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Drupal development, with proficiency in Drupal 8/9.
- Strong understanding of Drupal architecture, including modules, themes, and APIs.
- Experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile development best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to learn and stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in web development.
Preferred Qualifications:Acquia certification or Drupal Developer certification.Experience with Drupal theming and front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment workflows using tools like Jenkins or CircleCI.Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.Contributions to the Drupal community, such as modules or patches submitted to Drupal.org.Experience with other content management systems or frameworks such as WordPress, Joomla, or Laravel.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
