Job title: Engineering Process Consultant

As an Engineering Process Consultant you will be part of a team responsible for functional design and implementation of Oracle cloud solutions for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaboration with key business resources on requirements gathering and documentation
• Understanding and translating business concepts to executable functional designs and proposing alternatives to simplify the process where possible
• Documenting the functional solution design
• System configuration which aligns with the solution and is compatible with overall architecture
• Work with clients to write test cases to test solution implementation and also help with execution and tracking of these test cases
• User acceptance, implementation, and documentation

 Must-Have Skills:

• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effect change without being confrontational.
• Ability to document meticulous details around business processes.
• Ability to drive issue resolutions, decision making process and co-ordinate with other teams (internal or external 3rd party teams).
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline except CS.
