Financial Analyst - Foods

Overview · To provide regular business performance reporting, assist with the preparation of forecasts, AOP, PSP, Forecasts and Growth Plans. · Support Finance Manager Foods and Planning Manager Commercial in delivering departmental and business objectives. · Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions. Responsibilities Financial Reporting Local · Analyze and present monthly, quarterly and FY P&L and OCF along with detailed reasons for variance analysis to the Finance Manager and CFO. · Monthly tracking of OCF and liaison with relevant stakeholders to take corrective actions whenever required. · Maintain, develop and update various Planning Financial Models and Standard Templates and ensure quality, efficiency, accuracy and focused analytic review every month. · Monthly tracking of G&A against Plan and Forecast and preparation of Rolling Forecast and submission to Region. · Prepare and track profitability by brand on monthly basis. · Prepare and track project wise CAPEX status on monthly basis. Sector · Monthly CFR submission including P&L and NOPBT CoCH · Monthly OCF template with commentary · Monthly R&D actuals submission · Lead Monthly, Quarterly and FY business review presentations · Quarterly OCF forecast submission · Quarterly & FY BPL actuals submission · FY P&L and NOPBT CoCH submission · Quarterly and FY CAPEX Monitor submission External Support · Provide cross functional support and guidance and keep close coordination with other departments in order to foresee and account for business developments. · Support FP&A in quarterly business reviews and other regional submissions. · Prepare Adhoc analysis, presentations, and financials whenever needed. PSP / AOP / Quarterly Forecasts · Overall P&L preparation and G&A bottom up workings. · OCF preparation by doing bottom up workings. · CAPEX Monitor, Pipeline, Trackers. · Prepare Brand P&Ls Qualifications Qualifications/Requirements Knowledge/Education: CA / ACCA / ACMA or equivalent Exposure to Oracle/ ERP Hyperion HFM/SAP Business Fundamentals Experience: Relevant Work Experience of 1-3 years Competencies: Financial Planning & Forecasting Financial Reporting Business Risk Assessment and Management Acting with Integrity Collaborating & Influencing Driving for Results Decision Making Innovating
