Your Typical Day as a Growth Lead - Wholesale


  • Strategically plan and ensure effective coverage of all assigned territories by our on-ground champions
  • Track, implement, and execute daily team KPIs, including but not limited to: Number of orders ,Number of visits, Application session time, Category clicks, Monthly active users, Daily active users, Monthly transactions per user and Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV)
  • Comply with category selling targets and align the team's efforts accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercials Team to ensure stock availability.
  • Work in conjunction with the Marketplace Team to drive user engagement through campaigns.
  • Contribute to strategies and initiatives aimed at maximizing net revenue for the company.
  • Address and resolve customer issues related to credit, payments, app functionality, stock availability, and delivery.
  • Identify and manage fraudulent customers, duplicate accounts, and other customer hygiene issues by conducting on-ground visits and account mapping.
  • Maintain a seamless cadence with the last-mile delivery team to ensure timely delivery of stock to end consumers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end consumers (retailers) on the ground to understand their needs and concerns effectively.

You Must Have


  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree from a reputable institute
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or growth-related roles, preferably in the retail
  • wholesale or B2B sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Bonus Points if you have
  • A deep understanding of the retail industry and the challenges faced by
  • wholesalers/retailers.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools.
