Position Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivatedHR Operations Intern with a focus mainly on HR Operations to join our team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resourse Operational department as an HR Intern . This internship has the potential to lead to a job, depending upon your performance.
Education and Professional Qualification :- Typically, a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:- Fresh graduates or individual with a minimum of 6 months of experience.
Responsibilties:- Data Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. This may include data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Onboarding: Help in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and coordination with various departments.
- Benefits Administration:Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Employee Relations: Assist with employee relations activities, such as organizing team-building events, surveys, and feedback collection.
- Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees, and maintain training records.
- Payroll Support: Help with payroll processing tasks, including timekeeping and resolving payroll-related queries.
- HR Reporting:Compile HR data and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize HR documents, including employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
Requirements- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Precision and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping are crucial to ensure HR data integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
- Understanding the importance of maintaining employee privacy and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and work in a team-oriented environment
- A fundamental understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus but not always required for an internship.
- The ability to identify and solve basic HR-related issues and escalate more complex matters to senior HR professionals.
