About the job HR Recruitment Officer(LHR)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to determine their fit for the organization
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive or similar role
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience required/ Fresh also can be considered
