What you would do in this role
· Ability to work with large data sets and present conclusions to key stakeholders.
· Act as a Data Scientist/Engineer for data handling, extraction, manipulation; creating structured form of data and pulling tangible insights from data.
· Develop executive dashboards to present the analytical insights derived from the data analysis.
· Adept with using Statistical (like forecasting/modeling, data analysis, regression/optimization models), Machine Learning (Clustering, ensemble.) AI techniques (NLP, CNN)
· Working through the phases of project:
o Define data requirements for creating a model and understand the business problem.
o Clean, aggregate, analyze, interpret data, and carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis.
o Set up data for statistical modeling and insight generation.
o Development of statistical/econometric models.
· Working along with the team and consultant/manager.
· Lead and train analyst as per project requirement.
· Supporting development and maintenance of proprietary retail techniques and other knowledge development projects
Who we are looking for?
· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related Analytics field
· 4+ years of relevant work experience in Analytics consulting domain with reputed organization is desirable.
· Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
· Candidate must have experience in Retail/CPG Analytics or relevant domain
· Proficiency in programming languages such as Python/SQL/Pyspark
· Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
· Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hive).
· Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
· Knowledge on services like Orechestration tool, Storage accounts, Databricks etc.
· Fluent in structured and unstructured data, its management and modern data transformation methodologies
· Experience in ETL, Data Lake and data warehouse pipelines
· Exposure to version control tools like Github,Azure Devops etc
· Proficient in Excel, MS word, Power point, etc.
