IT Administrator - Project management - 1590

Job Description
•        Manage Projects both in-house as well as with partners
•        Evaluate & manage all IT requests/ tasks
•        Assign tasks to concerned team members & monitor progress
•        Prepare yearly IT Budget & manage the budget throughout the year
•        Manage all IT support, contract, & license renewals
•        Prepare/ review RFPs as and when required.
•        Prepare presentations & reports as and when required
•        Co-ordinate with the procurement, IT team & supplier for all the procurement process
•        Prepare the team and attend IT audits
•        Follow through to release the payments after ensuring the completion with required documentation
•        Align with the IT Director on all approvals, signatures, processes, requests & changes
•        Provide Support for all IOS devices
•        Point of contact for Etisalat & manage all process, requests & documents related to Etisalat
•        Applications managed (Admin Level) – MS Team, Manage Engine, Zoom, Etisalat Message Manager, ANPR system, Access Control System, SCCI Website CMS, Employee ID Card Application, Adobe Cloud
•        End User Support Apps – Oracle HRSM, Active Directory, Email issues, PC issues & VPN issues
•        Any other activities as requested by the management
