As a Private Equity Analyst, you will:

• • ltants and EYs clients for meeting department objectives
    
  • Conducting industry and company research
    
  • Assisting team members in finalizing agreements with clients and other third parties
    
  • Assisting team members in complying with EYs internal proceduresIdentifying and Evaluating Investment opportunities, Negotiation, Execution & Monitoring
    
  • Head the deals and valuations unit by developing relationships, managing deals, reviewing the due diligence and valuations in order to finalize M&A deals.
    
  • Specialize in providing post deal advisory services including purchase price allocation to local as well as international offices.
    
  • Preparing proposals for prospective clients
    
  • Assisting team members in preparation and review of presentations, marketing materials, and other deliverables for existing clients
    
  • Assisting team members in the preparation of financial models
    
  • Communicating and liaising with other consortium members, EYs subconsu
    

• Must be CPA, ACCA, FCCA holder
  
• Working experience in either of the Big 4 accounting firms will be a plus.
  
• Must familiar with the M&A market
  
• Must possess 4+years experience in M&A business (Buy side)
  
• Should have experience in M&A field and/or a related job
  
• Must be able to source M&A deals without depending on M&A intermediary
  
• Must be able to make contact with and find companies who are willing to sell
  
• Must be able to negotiate when making deals with companies at a comparatively cheaper price than market value
  
• Must be able to give explanation within our company about the deal including PMI (Post Merger Integration) plan
  
• Must be a Pakistani citizen and is originally born and currently lives there (Local candidate)

Work Days: Mon - Fri ( 9am - 6pm)
