About the Job: People & Culture Specialist
Job Role: 

The primary focus of the People & Culture Specialist role will be on shaping a positive workplace culture and ensuring the recruitment and onboarding process is smooth in Pakistan.


In this capacity, P&C Specialists will be responsible for driving key initiatives related to HR operations and optimizing the recruitment process to attract, select, integrate and retain top talents within the Pakistan office team. Job Purpose:
The People & Culture Specialist plays a key role in overseeing Pakistan HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employees engagement. Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage end to end recruitment process including candidates sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and conducting initial interviews and reference checks when needed.
Oversee The Onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employees information on the People & Culture internal drive.
Handle employees personal and financial data on the HRMS platform, contributing to the monthly payroll preparations for the Pakistan team.


Managing employees timesheets and invoices.
Stay aware of changes in Pakistan labor laws, promptly communicating any applicable changes to employees.
Support on employees Annual Performance Appraisals using HRMS system or offline.
Offer assistance and guidance to employees regarding HRMS self-service requests and approvals.
Implement Engagement Initiatives such as events and monthly gatherings.
Collaborate with People & Culture team members in other locations, fostering continuous improvement in HR policies and processes.
Oversee Pakistans office administrative requirements, supplies, arrange maintenance services when required, and supervise the office assistant work.
Provide support for various day-to-day activities as directed by the Director of People & Culture and GM of Pakistan office.
