About the job PreSales Manager

From concept through implementation and maintenance, they have led, directed, and implemented complex systems and processes for the USPS and major logistics consolidators, mailers, marketers, and shippers. It has been leading and directing the development of BI platforms since 2006 to enable predictive decision support related to households, consumers, business customers, marketing products, and services.


Job Description:


  • Perform research, identify opportunities and leads for Assuretys services and product offerings, and help prioritize high-value leads that align with Assuretys growth strategies.
  • Present the value of Assurety products to a variety of audiences from C-level to end-users and all levels in between.
  • Contribute to the Sales team in driving revenue by qualifying leads.
  • Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a detailed and professional manner utilizing Assurety existing templates, formats, and processes.
  • Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
  • Execute customer proof of concepts (POCs).
  • Working with Sales to drive the pre-sales phase by introducing the Assurety product/services offering and providing product demonstrations functionality, system architecture, etc. by interfacing with prospective and current customers, distributors, and partners (both at business/functional and technical level).
  • Understand the business and operational goals the prospect has and recommend a solution that ensures the optimum usage and utilization of Assuretys products and services; this can include a full pre-sales lifecycle from RFI response/requirement analysis, to running a scoping exercise or engaging in a prototype/proof of concept for agreed requirements.
  • You must become highly knowledgeable within the first 60 days having detailed knowledge of the functionality and technology of the products and services offered by Assurety.
  • You must ensure that all materials such as presentations and demonstrations are maintained and up to date.
  • You must collaborate with Product Managers and service delivery managers and sales and marketing teams to provide feedback from clients about product and service requirements.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes is a key routine.
  • Build technical relationships with prospects and/or existing customers.
