Wordpress Developer (Laravel) - QA/IT Expert (Lahore)

They are an in-house team of talented and experienced instructional designers, artists, creative professionals and learning experts.

Their statewide advisory team has developed a performance-based instructional design system, effective for the academic industry.

From setting up Learning Management System (LMS), Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), both cloud based, and desktop based, to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), they do it all.

Academic team at the company comprises highly skilled and professional curriculum designers and researchers dedicated to educational advancement, who are experts in their respective subject fields. They collaborate to build the best learning theories and practices via curriculum design and educational consultancy.

Their creative team knows exactly how to build and design the perfect website, digital artwork and animation. It is a dream team with the most creative and talented minds working together to make your website look professional and eye-catching.

Their head office is based in the UK and the support office is in Lahore with 40 staff members.

Job description:

• Follow and ensure the QA processes for the group websites and platforms.

  
  

• Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

  
  

• Regular audit of all IT related platforms including Moodle.

  
  

• UK based experience would be a plus.

  
  

• Able to communicate with different stakeholders, including hosting servers, domain servers etc.

  
  

• Experience managing projects/programs involving software development, IT infrastructure/ website development and maintenance.

  
  

• Familiarity with risk management and resource planning.

  
  

• Liaison with hosting server

  
  

• Email integrations

  
  

• Payment integration (Stripe, PayPal, etc)

  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience 3+ years in project management (IT) or program management roles, overseeing complex projects/programs from initiation to completion and maintenance.

• Hands on knowledge of WordPress, Laravel and LMS platforms.

  
  

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

  
  

Policies:

• No mobile use during work hours except break.

  
  

• No freelancing or contractual job with others.

  
  

• Fixed office hours 10:00 - 6:30 (Mon - Fri) 11:00 - 7:30 (Sat)

Experience: 2-3 years

Work Timings: Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 6pm, Saturday, 11am - 7:30pm

Work Mode: Onsite
