Responsibilities


Recruiting Support


  • Source and attract top talent globally to meet the evolving needs of Prismecs in various sectors and markets.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Develop job descriptions and post to online job boards via Greenhouse.
  • Post jobs to various job board via Greenhouse automation.
  • Utilize LinkedIn as a resource to reach out to passive candidates.
  • Screen resumes to ensure alignment with Prismecs' culture, values, and job requirements.
  • Assist with scheduling hiring Manager interviews.
  • Ongoing communication with candidates.
  • Send and complete the job offer process for selected candidates.
  • Experience with Greenhouse Recruiting system desired.
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn in a business setting.

Human Resources Support:


  • Provide support to the global partners for onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Conduct data audits and maintenance ensuring employee information is up-to-date and accurate in our HR systems.
  • Monitor updates for Human Resources procedures and policy updates, communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the HR inbox and be the first contact for employee questions.
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.

Qualifications


  • Technical or university degree in administration, human resources, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar support role.
  • Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in various HR systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
