Job Responsibilities and Skills Required
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation of Sales and Service Cloud
Salesforce is integrated with SAP using SAP Cloud Platform Integration
• Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and/or deploying solutions to end users.
• Experience in CRM process design and implementation
• Experience working in atleast 1 Real Estate implementation of Salesforce
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, Custom Objects and other Salesforce development tools.
• Experience writing Apex classes and triggers.
• Experience in Salesforce administration
• Experience in Lead to Sales and Case Management process cycle
• Designing and developing custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.
• Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce developer, including a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and its limitations.
• Salesforce developer certifications, such as Platform Developer I and II, are highly desirable.
• Experience in configuration, development and customization on Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud
• Experience in setting up Omnichannel in Salesforce
• Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
• Knowledge of web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborating with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
