Inbox Business Technologies, a leading provider of information technology and services, is looking for a Senior Infrastructure specialist. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure systems that support our organization's operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure architecture, networking, and cloud technologies, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level infrastructure solutions, including servers, networks, virtualization, cloud services, storage systems, and databases, to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
- Lead the administration and optimization of Microsoft Exchange environments, including mailbox management, email flow monitoring, security configurations, and integration with other collaboration tools.
- Configure and maintain network infrastructure components such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers. Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect organizational assets and data from cyber threats.
- Manage virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V to optimize server resource utilization and ensure high availability. Deploy and manage cloud services on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools.
- Administer storage systems such as SAN or NAS, including provisioning, performance tuning, and backup and recovery. Manage database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL, ensuring data integrity, availability, and security.
- Develop scripts and automation workflows using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate routine tasks, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
- Implement monitoring solutions to proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues. Tune system resources and configurations to optimize performance and scalability.
