What is Specialist Training & Development?


Core responsibility of Training Specialist is to plan, develop and deliver trainings based on training need assessment derived from customer care touch points. In addition to this, conduct targeted trainings, calculate performance differences and collect feedback of the audience with core focus on developing e-learning modules in line with the organization's digital agenda.


The role reports directly to the Manager Training Experience Centers & Franchise and is a part of the Customer Experience Team.


What does a Specialist Training & Development do?


  • Develop training content including but not limited to Video tutorial, PPTs to enhance e-learning opportunities
  • Design and conduct technical & soft skill presentations/trainings for the In-house teams and customer touch point staff
  • Management of training functions to ensure that it meets its objectives and delivers a return on investment
  • Conduct training need analysis across the board by mapping the skills required for different roles and analysing the existing levels of competencies
  • Develop and share knowledge of different training techniques for audience management
  • Assist/suggest new SOPs, scrutinize old one for improvement
  • Develop new hire training, coach & mentor CCRs and help them deliver better customer experience
  • Take Initiative & introduce new projects which add value to Training Operations
  • Enhance Customer Excellence and Bottom up NPS by ensuring timely loop closure

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Specialist Training & Development?


  • Bachelors/Masters with at least 1 year experience as trainer at a reputable organisation
  • Above average communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Analytical mindset with an innovative thought process
  • Proficieny in animation tools will be an added plus
