MARKETING

About You

• You need to be someone who loves to read and produce unique content of his/her own. A terrific writer and editor who is terrified of producing lousy content and is able to tell the same story in a million different ways.
• Amazing content writing and clever marketing tactics should run in your blood. This job is a lot more than just writing; but, we consider this talent to be fundamental for a successful marketer.
• You should be able to align your content with the Market/Customer needs. Should have the capability to understand a market (e.g., be able to listen to customers and influencers, and identify their communicated and latent needs)
• Be very action-oriented. Being a content marketer requires working with many people that dont report to you, and getting them to deliver something that you require to produce good content.
• Be passionate about growth, marketing, technology, and business.
• Have the ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize deliverables in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

About the Job

You will be working very closely with the CEO and Head of Marketing to suggest and execute new & creative marketing ideas and storyboards.

More specifically, we are looking for someone who can help us with the following at any given time:

1. Aligning content strategy with our audience (figuring out the right topics for different kinds of content - video storyboarding/scripting, blogs, posts, etc).
2. Helping the long-form content team with feedback and reviews.
3. Email Marketing (Newsletters, Event-specific campaigns - Halloween, Easter, Christmas, etc).
4. Marketing Presentations & Brochures - Sales Perspective
5. The below initiatives are something that we are very excited about and aggressively working towards:

• Podcasts
• Video Series: Prepare 120-180 seconds short clips on common topics and questions that help us in sales.
