Conduct user research to understand audience needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and refine designs for optimal user experiences across platforms.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Work closely with developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately and maintain design consistency throughout the development lifecycle.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or a certification in interaction design, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity mockups.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other prototyping tools.
